Refunds and Returns
At The Balanced Edit, every item is made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. That means your product is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
✨ That said, your happiness matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund—no returns required. Simply reach out within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Important Notes

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. (If your billing currency is not USD, refunds will be returned directly to your payment source instead of your Printify account balance.)

If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may ask for a photo (or video) showing all affected items together for confirmation.

For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, small variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal and not defects.

If a delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we can arrange a reprint at an additional cost or issue a partial refund.
