Welcome to The Balanced Edit Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online shop (the “Site”) and purchase of products through the Site (the “Products”). By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Balanced Edit Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the merchant of record for all products sold on this Site. We partner with third-party fulfillment providers such as for production, printing, and shipping of certain products.

2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

  • You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer by you to buy Products subject to these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order, in whole or in part, for any reason (e.g., Product availability, errors in description or pricing, fraud).

  • Once we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email. That confirmation email completes the contract between you and The Balanced Edit Shop.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in [Currency, e.g., USD] and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable). Those costs will be added at checkout.

  • We partner with thirt party providers for fulfillment. You acknowledge that fulfillment, production, and shipping are handled by third parties under their policies and that we have limited control over delivery times.

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is sent for fulfillment.

5. Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery

  • We use third-party services (Printify, Blanka) to produce and ship Products.

  • Processing time (production) and shipping time vary based on the Product, destination, and provider.

  • Any delivery date provided is only an estimate.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the fulfillment provider, shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Because we use print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

  • If your item is defective or damaged, you must report the issue within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Provide photos and order details.

  • We will coordinate with the fulfillment provider to remedy (replacement or refund).

  • Refunds, if granted, are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All content on this Site (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

  • You represent and warrant that any design, image, or content you submit to us (for a custom product) is your own or that you have rights to use it.

  • We reserve the right to reject or remove custom designs that infringe on third-party rights or violate law or policy.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

  • The Site, Products, and services are provided “as is” without warranties (express or implied) except where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Balanced Edit Shop, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

10. Third-Party Terms & Integration

  • You agree that for these Products, The Balanced Edit Shop is not liable for errors, delays, or defects caused by the third-party providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of GA, USA (where your business is located). Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction (unless arbitration is required under a third-party provider’s agreement).
